FAQ
Questions wehear often.
Straight answers, so you know what to expect before you get in touch.
Is our business too small for AI?
No. The most useful applications, such as answering inquiries, booking appointments and drafting routine communication, help small teams most, because they have the least spare capacity.
How do you decide where AI should be used?
By business value, not novelty. We look for processes with volume, repetition and clear rules, where speed or availability matters and where mistakes are recoverable.
What about accuracy and hallucinations?
We constrain what each assistant can answer, ground it in your actual content and data, and define handoff to a person for anything outside its scope. Testing against real cases is part of every build.
Do we need our own data or models?
Usually not. Most business applications use established models configured with your content, rules and integrations. Custom models are rarely necessary.
